Cappellini is proud to join artistic director Es Devlin for the fourth edition of Homo Faber on San Giorgio Maggiore Island, in Venice. Under the theme “An Island of Light”, Cappellini furnishes the restaurant “A Trattoria on an Island”, a contemporary dining space where light, craft, and functional elegance meet.
This international biennial for fine craftsmanship and contemporary high-end artisanry is curated by the Michelangelo Foundation in collaboration with Fondazione Giorgio Cini and the Cologni Foundation for the Métiers d’Art. It celebrates global craftmanship, turning human skill into a narrative journey.
The iconic Cappellini pieces selected by Es Devlin have been customised with bespoke finishes to support and enrich the vision of light as a narrative, symbolic, and scenographic element showcasing human talent.
