Description

Porro continues its exploration of materials, manufacturing techniques, and forms that evoke emotion through the Materic collection, a table project originally conceived by Piero Lissoni in 2017 to experiment with material versatility within elementary geometric forms.

The Materic Ovale features a monolithic design with an oval tabletop supported by a truncated cone base. It is available in solid brushed ash wood in six sophisticated finishes: Latte, Olive, Stained Black, Stained Bruno, Stained Verde Inglese, and Stained Azuki.

For enhanced versatility, the base can alternatively be crafted in either matt satin stainless steel or burnished brass, both of which complement any of the wood finishes mentioned above.

This understated piece embodies visual harmony through its poetic minimalism, a quiet presence that resonates within its environment while captivating viewers with nature’s subtle chromatic variations.
