Model No.: 1224

An extensible dining table, boat-shaped, rectangular, organic or oval, made of natural stone or wood with lifting mechanism for an integrated center-leaf made of natural stone or wood. The integrated lifting mechanism allows the interior central leaf to be raised once the two halves of the table top have been pulled apart. An ingenious technique makes the extension a procedure of miraculous ease. This model is offered with 4 different bases.

For us, natural stone is like the page from a history book about our Earth. Forming as it did millions of years ago during the evolution of our planet it is found and worked today at enormous expense and effort in the world’s quarries.

The view on the origin, the whole, enables to enter to the nature of this material, which we use for our human needs. Solid wood is a natural grown material, not synthetically manufactured, or reproducible, or interchangeable, but, a synthesis of earth, water, air and sun. Like all grown creatures, wood has its own individual characteristics. These are valid to be known and to be respected.
