MINOTTI: INSIDE DESIGN: NICO, ZOE & JANIS

A sophisticated interplay of geometric forms brings life to three furnishing pieces by Hannes Peer for the 2024 Collection, blurring the lines between art and design: the Nico table, the Zoe bookcase, and the Janis screen. Each piece is distinguished by a signature L-shaped element that recurs as a stylistic hallmark, defining their unique identity.

With its strong visual impact, the Nico table stands out for its sculptural base, designed to elevate any dining area. Crafted in marble or wood, a combination of seamlessly balanced, interlocking shapes supports a top with rounded edges, highlighting the purity of the material and evoking the elegance of the 1970s, with a contemporary appeal.

Zoe is much more than a bookcase: it is a veritable modular system. Dynamic and versatile, it is a perfect fit for all kinds of interiors. The elements that make up its structure, combined with precision, create an original alternation of empty and solid spaces, giving the furnishing piece a harmonious aesthetic rhythm.

The Janis screen is conceived as a micro-architecture, revealing itself through a pattern of interconnected geometries that imbue it with a sense of movement and a three-dimensional feel. It turns from a simple divider into a functional sculpture, becoming an integral part of the setting, also thanks to the play of light reflecting off the solid and open sections of its lacquered frame, amplifying its dramatic effect.
