ONDA upholstered seating collection has been awarded in the “Best outdoor lounge” category with the Wallpaper* Design Awards 2023, the prestigious award that celebrates the best in design over the past 12 months.
Designed by Gordon Guillaumier, ONDA expresses the RODA theme of “outdoor happiness”: enveloping shapes that enrich atmospheres of refined conviviality. A collection of soft and compact seats that includes a chaise longue, an armchair and a pouf providing an embracing comfort; an excellent solution for both outdoor habitat and soft contract environments.
“Large seats and comfortable poufs designed to indulge in blissful outdoor relaxation: Onda’s soft shapes, with deconstructed structures and special padding, distance it from rigid straight lines, giving an informal look to the design of the collection, whose name nods to the fluidity of waves and an irregularity of geometries in the spirit of relaxation”.
