Minotti Dylan sofa
Minotti’s Dylan modular seating system embodies the brand’s commitment to consistent shapes, lines, and style. It offers a versatile range that combines formal rigor with adaptability. The system comes in three variants, catering to different tastes and space requirements in both domestic and hospitality settings.
Description
The version of Dylan with a suspended base, raised 13.5 cm from the ground by slim extruded aluminum blades in bronze or pewter color, exudes a modern and airy feel. This design is well-suited for contemporary styles and highlights its couture details. It strikes a balance between essential design and intricate details, offering light aesthetics without compromising on high-quality comfort.
The Dylan Small version maintains the same aesthetic appeal but with a more compact depth, making it ideal for smaller domestic environments or tailored hospitality spaces. Meanwhile, Dylan Low, sitting only 7.5 cm off the ground, emanates a classic and traditional personality, aligning with formal aesthetic preferences.
The common thread among the three variants is evident in the seat and backrest cushions, which feature soft, couture-inspired stitching, making the system a timeless classic with contemporary flexibility and modularity.
The rigorous shapes of the Dylan modular seating system extend beyond the cushions, creating volumes with sinuous and enveloping geometries. The soft curves of the backrest and armrests evoke a sense of coziness.
The sophisticated manufacturing construction extends to the suspended base of Dylan, using tailoring techniques similar to those developed for the Connery modular seating system. Leather or fabric strips are sewn together using webbing and punctuated by stitching, adding a couture touch to the project’s design.
Every detail of Dylan combines upholstery tailoring with a multifaceted vision of rational architecture, seamlessly integrating with contemporary living spaces.
