The Load-it book shelving system is a versatile solution for various daily needs. It consists of slim L-shaped shelves made from durable, wax-finished steel, available in white or special finishes such as burnished brass, grigio porfido, or rosso antico.
Description
The shelves come in widths of 1000 and 2000 mm. Complementing the shelves are customizable wall panels offered in a range of finishes, including matte and glossy lacquer, wood from Porro’s Collection, mirror, wax-finished steel, burnished brass, grigio porfido, and rosso antico finishes, as well as fabric options from the collection or customized choices. Additionally, the system includes steel sheet bookends matching the shelf finishes.
A distinctive feature of Load-it is its compatibility with the Modern system, expanding the range of compositions and uses for this versatile bookcase. Moreover, the system incorporates lighting elements: dedicated spotlights that can be positioned along the electrified profile under the shelf using magnetic connections, providing technical and museum-like illumination for the objects displayed on the shelves. This innovative lighting design aims for an almost invisible light source.
